WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Unfortunately, Laws & Oaks does not accept returns or exchanges.
Please reach out to us via email hello@lawsandoaks.com with any questions or concerns regarding your order. Contact us within 24 hrs of receiving your order and we will do our best to accommodate you.
WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME & WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Our current processing time is 1-3+ weeks as our bandanas are all handmade to order. We often mail out orders before that timeframe but please keep in mind that
If you need your order by a certain date, please email us the date you need your order by. We will do our best to accommodate you!

WHAT IS YOUR PROCESSING TIME & WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
Domestic Shipping
We ship USPS First Class for domestic packages which typically deliver within 1-5 business days.
Laws & Oaks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows delivered but you have not yet received it please initiate a missing mail request with USPS.
The customer is responsible for all applicable postage fees for any insufficient addresses or packages returned to sender.
Please note refunds will not be issued for those packages where additional postage is refused by the recipient.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! Laws & Oaks cannot guarantee that you will not be charged customs taxes or duties. Laws & Oaks is not responsible for paying custom or duty fees. reshipment.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY NEW BANDANA?
We recommend that you handwash your bandana and lay it flat to dry.
Iron on the reverse side of the vinyl, do not iron directly on the vinyl or it will melt.
